Follow every message and see how your mail is doing.
The email log
Emails shows each message with its recipient, sender, subject, status and time. Search by recipient, sender or subject, filter by status or date, and export what you see as CSV. Open a message to see its full details and why it failed.
Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Queued | Accepted and waiting to send |
| Sending | Being handed to the recipient’s mail server |
| Delivered | The recipient’s mail server accepted it |
| Failed | Couldn’t be delivered. The message shows the reason, like a mailbox that doesn’t exist |
Metrics
Metrics shows your delivery rate, daily volume and a breakdown by sending domain over 7, 15 or 30 days. The log and metrics cover your most recent 50 messages.
