News for the people who asked for it
A launch, a new feature, a change to your terms: some emails go to everyone at once. Broadcasts send them from the same verified domain as your product emails, so they look like they come from you, because they do.
Write a broadcast
- 01
Open Emails → Broadcasts and choose New broadcast.
- 02
Pick the from address from your verified domains.
- 03
Paste the recipients, separated by new lines, commas or spaces.
- 04
Write the subject and message, or start from a template. The preview updates as you type.
- 05
Save a draft, or send.
What happens when you send
Rimbra asks you to confirm, then queues one email per recipient. Each appears in the email log with its own status, so you can see who it reached. Each recipient counts as one email in your monthly allowance.
Only email people who asked. Sending to bought or scraped lists hurts your domain’s reputation and can send your mail to spam for everyone.
Questions
Can I edit a broadcast after sending it?
No. A sent broadcast can’t be edited or unsent, which is why Rimbra asks you to confirm first.
Does every recipient count toward my emails?
Yes. A broadcast to 300 people uses 300 of your monthly emails.
