Questions
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. No card, no trial that runs out. It is meant for real use: four projects, a database and a free HTTPS address for each.
When does my month start?
Each cycle starts on the day your workspace signed up and repeats on that date every month. Build minutes, emails, social notifications and bandwidth are counted from there.
Are there daily limits?
No. Your allowances are monthly. Use them at any pace, even all in one day.
What happens if I hit a limit?
The Overview page warns you at 80%. At the limit, that one thing pauses, like new builds or sends, until you add an add-on, upgrade or your next cycle starts. Everything else keeps running.
How do add-ons work?
Buy them in Billing → Usage whenever you need more of one thing. They raise that limit straight away, on top of your plan.
How do I change plans?
Open Billing → Plans in the dashboard and contact us from there. Our team moves your workspace to the new plan.
