One inbox for all your numbers
When people reply to your notifications, those replies should not be stuck on one phone in someone’s pocket. The inbox brings every conversation from every linked number into the dashboard, newest first.
Reply and compose
- Open a conversation to see the whole thread and reply from the same number.
- Use Compose to message someone new from any of your numbers.
- Messages you send from the dashboard appear in the thread like any other.
Contacts
Give contacts names so threads are easy to find. Anyone who replies STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE is opted out automatically, and you can turn messaging back on for them in Contacts if they ask.
Also from your code
The same conversations are available through the API, and the message.received webhook tells your server about each new message as it arrives, so your product can react to replies too.

Do replies from the inbox use my allowance?
Messages you send count toward your monthly social notifications, whether they come from the inbox, Compose or the API.
Can my app read replies?
Yes. Use the inbox endpoints, or subscribe to the message.received webhook.
