A sign-in link that ends up in spam is a sign-in that never happens. This week we went through every part of how Rimbra sends email and fixed what stood between your messages and the inbox.
Signed with your own key
Every sending domain now gets its own DKIM key, and every email is signed with it. Inboxes can check that a message really came from your domain and was not changed on the way.
Bounces come home
Each domain now has its own return path, so bounces come back to your domain instead of ours. That also removes the “via” label Gmail shows next to mail sent through a provider, so people see your name and nothing else.
Smaller things that add up
- Every email is sent with both an HTML and a plain-text version.
- Broadcasts include an unsubscribe header that inboxes understand.
- The domain page shows each record with a copy button and checks them every 20 seconds, so you know the moment you are verified.
What you need to do
If you added a domain before this week, open it in Emails → Domains and check every record shows Found. New domains get everything above from the start.
